CloNext Blood DNA Extraction Kit

The CloNext Blood DNA Extraction Kit is designed to extract genomic DNA from mammalian whole blood, peripheral blood mononuclear cells or buffy coat. Sample volume range: up to 400 µL. The kit uses unique magnetic beads technology and in combination with CloNext series of automatic instruments, achieves superior product quality, consistent and high product yield and reproducible results.

The final product is suitable for a wide range of diagnostic and research applications, such as sequencing, genotyping, qPCR, ddPCR and NGS assays.
